This article is for Passport users who need to update their fund settings.
If you have Passport funding and use MyDirectPlan, you are required to update your fund settings at the start of each new fiscal year.
Please note that your funding will not be populated automatically.
To update your Fund Settings:
- Open the MyDirectPlan Mobile application.
- Sign in to your MyDirectPlan account.
- Select the Recipient for whom you want to update the Fund Settings.
- Tap on the 3-dash icon at the top left to open the sidebar menu.
- Tap on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS".
- Tap on the "Fund Settings" tab, then select "Passport".
- Choose the fiscal year you want to update from the tabs at the top.
- Fill out all required fields and update your mileage rate (if necessary). If you are unsure what your funding allocation or mileage rate is for the selected fiscal year, please contact your Passport Agency to find out.
- Tap on "SAVE" to save your changes.
Remember: If you submit any expenses by mail, fax, email, or in person, you will need to manually deduct them from your funding balance (Self-Administered Budget) in MyDirectPlan.
