How to Update my Banking Information

The Passport funding users in MyDirectPlan who wish to add or update their banking information will need to:

  • The current Payee must complete the Payee Information Form and submit it to their local Passport Agency along with the supporting documents, for example, a printed void cheque.
  • Please ensure that the select option is checked.
