How to Share and Submit Your Feedback

Your experience matters to us. Your input is valuable in making the app more user-friendly and efficient, and we truly appreciate your suggestions. You can now share your feedback and rate the app to help us improve and better meet your needs.

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to submit your feedback.

  1. Open the MyDirectPlan Mobile application.
  2. Sign in to your MyDirectPlan account.  
  3. Tap on the 3-dash icon at the top left to open the sidebar menu.
  4. Tap on the “Share Feedback” button, and the feedback form will slide up from the bottom of the screen.
  5. Rate your satisfaction level with the app by selecting one of the emoji faces. The far left emoji indicates “Completely Satisfied”, while the far right represents “Very Dissatisfied”.
  6. Feel free to add any comments, suggestions, or feedback in the text box to help us improve your experience.
  7. Finally, tap on “Submit” to send your feedback to us.

We greatly appreciate your input. Rest assured, your feedback will be thoroughly reviewed and used to enhance the app, making it more user-friendly and efficient.
