- Open the MyDirectPlan Mobile application.
- Sign in to your MyDirectPlan account.
- Tap on the 3-dash icon at the top left to open the sidebar menu.
- Tap on the “Share Feedback” button, and the feedback form will slide up from the bottom of the screen.
- Rate your satisfaction level with the app by selecting one of the emoji faces. The far left emoji indicates “Completely Satisfied”, while the far right represents “Very Dissatisfied”.
- Feel free to add any comments, suggestions, or feedback in the text box to help us improve your experience.
- Finally, tap on “Submit” to send your feedback to us.
