How to Request My Account Deletion

The MyDirectPlan application allows users to request a copy of their data and delete their accounts. To delete your account:

  1. Login to your MyDirectPlan account.

  2. Navigate to the Account Settings section from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Select User Settings from the account-settings menu.

  4. Select the Manage My Account tab.
  5. Click on the Request Account Deletion button.
  6. Provide the reason for account deletion and select the checkbox stating, “I would like to have a copy of my data”.
  7. Click on the Submit button.
  8. Your request will be sent to the MyDirectPlan support team and the required actions will be taken.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
