The MyDirectPlan mobile application has enhanced its Dashboard view to streamline the user experience. Below is a quick guide to get started with the Dashboard.
- From the Dashboard, you can access the contact information of your Regional Office. This information is personalized for the currently selected recipient if you are logged in as a Person Managing Funds.
- The Dashboard also allows you to switch between the Previous, Current, and Next fiscal Year to gain insights accordingly.
- You can get an overview of your Total Funding, Available Funding, and Used Funding with the help of the doughnut chart.
- You can also get insights related to your Monthly Total Submissions, allowing you to make any necessary comparisons.
- You can get an overview related to your Expenses and Submitted Invoices and can manage them by tapping on the “Manage Expenses” and “Manage Invoices” buttons, respectively.
