How to Filter Invoices via the MyDirectPlan Mobile Application (Passport)

MyDirectPlan offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to filter your invoices easily.

You can filter your invoices by "Status", "Dates" and "Invoice Number"

  1. Open the MyDirectPlan Mobile application.
  2. Sign in to your MyDirectPlan account.
  3. Switch to the Recipient for whom you want to filter the invoices.
  4. Navigate to the Invoices section by selecting the “Submitted Invoices” tab at the bottom of your screen.
  5. Tap on the filter icon at the top right corner (the first icon from the right).
     
    1. Filtering by Status - To filter by Status, select the status or statuses you want from the list shown.
    2. Filtering by Date Range - To filter by Dates, pick your start and/or end dates from the date bars under "Date Range".
    3. Filtering by Invoice Number - To filter by Invoice Number, just type in the invoice number (starts with an M) in the "Invoice Number" field.

Once you've made your selections, tap on the "APPLY FILTERS" button, and your filtered invoices will be displayed.
