How to Navigate to the Dashboard (Passport)

The MyDirectPlan mobile application has enhanced its Dashboard view to streamline the user experience. Below is a quick guide to get started with the Dashboard.

  • From the Dashboard, you can access the contact information of your Passport Agency. By tapping on the provided link, you will be redirected to a page where you can locate your Passport Agency.

  • The Dashboard also allows you to switch between the Previous, Current, and Next fiscal Year to gain insights accordingly. 

 

  • You can get an overview of your Total funding, Available funding, and Used funding with the help of the doughnut chart

 

  • You can also get insights related to your monthly total Approved Submissions, allowing you to make any necessary comparisons. 

   

  • You can get an overview related to your Expenses, Submitted Invoices, and Account Management,  and can manage them by tapping on the “Manage Expenses”, “Manage Invoices”, and “Account Settings” buttons, respectively.
