Expense Management - Reset Agency Admin or Staff Password
- Click on ‘Forgot your Password’ on the MyDirectPlan sign in page:
- Enter the email address that requires a password reset and then click the ‘Reset’ button.
- Check your email and click ‘Reset your Password’ in the email:
- You will be prompted to create a new password. Once a new password has been created, you can proceed to sign-in.
